Bland in Penrose, Colorado, born in Lamar, Colorado, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bland and Genevieve "Jenny" Bland (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bland of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his brothers, Leroy Bland of Holly and Frank Bland (Debbie) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Tinsley (Suk) of Olympia, Troy Tinsley of Palm Springs, California and Patricia Tinsley (Tim Walker) of Perry, Missouri; and his aunts, Maxcine Shetterly of Colorado Springs and Rosalee Richardson of Syracuse, Kansas.
