He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nguyen "Win" Sievert; his children, Richard and Ashley Sievert; his niece Khanh An "An" Tran; and his parents, Frederick C. Jr. Sievert and Madeline C. Sievert. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
