He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sweetland and Bonnie Sweetland; his siblings, Lance and Dundee; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Jacquiline Magill.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sweetland; his brother Jeff Sweetland; his sisters-in-law, Victoria Newman and Sandra Lester; his children, Tracey Tayler (Chris), Stacey Funk (Ryan) and Frank Wodiuk (Jean); his nieces and nephews, Heather Jameson (Norbert), Kelly Scott (Andrew) and Geoff Newman (Telisha); his grandchildren, Kendall and Kyleigh; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maya, Lily, Aydin, Keaira, Persephone, Dallas, Savannah, Siennah, Edgar and Cody.
