He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Railsback and Olive Railsback (Rarick); his brothers, Bob (Bob) and John; his nephew Wesley Railsback; and his niece JoLinn Railsback Kaus (Sami).
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Shaver; his spouse Sami Wildman; his close friend Pat Segelke; his brother Frank Railsback (Nadine); and his children, Joe Railsback (Rose), Rhonda Bargman (Rick), Renee Naasz (Tom), Billie Cox (Travis) and Sara Toedman (Pat Segelke). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
