It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack L. Hume of Peetz, Colorado, born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Crow French and Jerry Hume; his brother Dan Hume; his father-in-law Dean Bules; and his brother-in-law Mike Bules.
He is survived by: his wife Sandie Kerr; his children, Jeri Lynn McLavey (Greg), Scott Hume (Andi), Shawn Kerr (Debbie), Dustin Kerr (Dorothy), Tyson Kerr (Denise) and Trent Kerr (Erin); his stepfather Bob French; his uncle Roy Crow; and his aunt Ila Hixon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
