Dorys Fehringer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Dorys Fehringer of Peetz, Colorado. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Treinen and Mary Treinen (Nelson); her husband George Edward Fehringer; her siblings, MaryAnn Rieken, Dorothy Raddatz, John Treinen and Kenneth Treinen; and her children, Kathryn Sullivan (Fehringer) and Bernard Fehringer.

She is survived by: her sister Pat Lafkas of Cheyenne, WY; her sister-in-law Dorothy Treinen of Sidney; her daughter-in-law Sharon Fehringer (Bernie) of Sidney; and her children, Kenneth Fehringer (Judy) of Broken Bow, NE, Karen Fehringer of Grand Junction, CO and Neal Fehringer (Rae) of Billings, MT. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

For many years she would load up her car with donations including clothing, blankets and housewares and take it to the reservation.
