He is survived by: his children, Christian Taylor and Hannah Elizabeth Mack; his siblings, Pamela Jean Barber, Deborah Gale Harvey and Earl Anthony Culwell (Tony); and also Natalie Woodward. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
