He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Ray" DeLisle and Thelma DeLisle; his brother-in-law Paul Trautman; and his friends, Bill Tuinstra and Steve Cunningham.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Rayna Janet Owens; his wife Kim Ann Smith DeLisle; his children, Melissa DeLisle Zakhem (James) and Marc Philip DeLisle; his grandchildren, Jacob Robert Zakhem and Gabrielle Jean Zakhem; his siblings, Susan Trautman DeLisle, Debra Lynn DeLisle (Edwin Taylor) and Mark Alan DeLisle (Beverly); his sister-in-law Loni Maki (Philip); and his friend John Hohnstein. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Alzheimer's Association.
