He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Mary; his children, Sam Polizzotto (Sandy) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Paul Polizzotto (Tom) of Denver, CO, Beth Justice (Rick) of Arvada, CO and Keith Polizzotto (Kristina) of Arvada, CO.; and his grandchildren, Ryan Polizzotto, Casey Polizzotto, Emmalie Markham and Angelina Polizzotto.

Inurnment and Military Honors provided by the United States Navy at 2:30 p.m., Staging Area B. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Sam's memory be made to a charity of your choice.
