He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel Hines and Cecil Hines; his wife Judi; his brothers, Edwin Hines of Castle Rock and William Hines of Parker, Colorado.; his children, Cindy Bannon (Texas) and Kenny Hines (California); and his stepchildren, Kelly Jones (Oregon) and Kara Warpness (Colorado).
