He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Harr and Lila Harr (Snelling). He is survived by: his wife Lisa of Parker, CO; his children, Amy Harr of Aurora, CO and Nathan Harr (Bailey) of Wellington, CO; and his sisters, Julie Rahm of Yuma, CO, Tena Stumpf of Eaton, CO and Deanna Smith of Yuma, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
