It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neila Ray Dial (Parker, Colorado), who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Neil Hammond and Gilberdean Hammond; her husband Floyd Ray Dial; and her children, Travis and Tabitha.
