She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Stewart and Evelyn Stewart (Petersen); and her siblings, Wayne Stewart of Pine Bluff, WY and Dorothy Pisel (Leland Gabriel) of Deer Trail, CO. She is survived by: her husband Leland Gabriel; her children, Bill, Elaine Gabriel (Everitt) of Parker, David and Patti Gabriel (Davis) of Kiowa; and her grandchildren, Austin, Jacob, James and Emili Gabriel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
