He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mack and Josephine Mack. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Carol Cudworth (Art), Alissa Dickinson (Al), Steve and Kenny (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Steven, Kerrie, Kendra, Cole, Carlee and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Quentin and Penelope; his brother Pat (Sharon); and his brother-in-law Chuck Carter. He is also survived by his family, friends.
