She was predeceased by: her nephew Gabe Schreiber. She is survived by: her husband Culbertson; her siblings, Linda Garland (Mike), Kay Schreiber (Gerald) and Tim Sharp (Patty); her sister-in-law Candy York (Gale); her nieces, Kirsty, Robin, Sara, Kari, Emily and Erin; and also Matthew.

Kathy did not ever seek attention or recognition and requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Calvary Chapel Parker 10831 S. Crossroads Dr., Parker, CO 80134.
