He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Charles and Mary Petrucha (Krhovrsky); his wife Judith Ann Ferguson; and his brother Gerald Petrucha. He is survived by: his son Mark Petrucha of Assumption, IL; and his brother Mike Petrucha (Mary) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; three stepchildren and nieces and nephews.
