He was predeceased by: his father John Bernard. He is survived by: his mother Myrna Bernard; his friend Jeff; his wife Cherise Bernard; his children, Bryan Bernard, Michael Bernard (Kaleigh Bernard) and Sara Bernard; his sisters, Jamie Bernard and Leslie McCartney (Don McCartney); his parents-in-law, Nancy Rubio, Mitch, Denise Gurnett, Joe, Michelle Rubio, Marc and Andrea Rubio; and his nieces and nephews, Amber McCartney, Danielle Gurnett, Kalya Caldwell, Christian Gurnett, Nathan Rubio, Stanton Rubio, Weston Rubio, Isabella Rubio, Simone Rubio and Everette Rubio. He is also survived by his mother and sisters.
