A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the United Church of Christ (10926 Democrat Rd, Parker, CO 80134).
Holly battled Alzheimer's disease for the past five years and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory. Honor Holly Jay's memory by donating to a cause they cared about.
