He is survived by: his wife Dana; his daughters, Emily (Gus) and Megan; his siblings, Dennis (Joni), Dean (Karen) and Debbie; his friends, Scott, Anne Perschbacher, Don and Dana; his daughter Dana; and his former spouse Gus Terry. He is also survived by his wife, his two daughters and his son-in-law.
