He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Ludi. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Austin (Megan) and Lindsey (Kenny); his grandchildren, River, Vada and Nova; his brother Dave (Diane); and his nieces and nephews, Aaron (Dee Dee), Ryan (Desiree), Staci (GJ) and Molly (Jon). He is also survived by brothers in law and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that charitable contributions be made in Don's name to Brighton Hospice and Parkinson's Association of the Rockies.
