She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lien and Velma Lien of Webster City, Iowa.; her brother Michael Lien; her former husband Dean Albrecht of Lohrville, Iowa.; and her granddaughter Amanda Albrecht.

She is survived by: her children, Shane Albrecht (Katie) and Kimberly Kent (Jacob); her grandchildren, Alexis, Braeden, Alisen Albrecht, Amanda Kennedy (Ben) and Justin Kirby; and her great grandchild Harvey Kennedy.
