She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Mendozza; her children, Brielle Mendozza (Shana), Tara Mendozza DeCrescentis, Kyla Mendozza (James), Zach Mendozza (Stephanie) and Ben Mendozza; her brother Charles Parchinski (Lynn); her mother-in-law Alberta Mendozza; her sisters-in-law, Jeannette Genthert (Bill) and Sandra Patti; her grandchildren, Leo, Adele, Ottie, Sylvie and Olivia; her parents, Marie Parchinski and Charles Parchinski; her brother-in-law Phil Patti; and also Jewell Parchinski. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In memory of Carol's love for the outdoors, her family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association where she laughed, loved, hiked and cooked with her husband and beloved friends amongst the splendid Rocky Mountains.
