He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Longoria and Victoria Longoria; his brother Albert; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie, Cindy and Allen Sprouse.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen (Kathy); his sons, Benito Jr. (Kelly) and David (Andrea); his grandchildren, Christian, Braedan, Isela and Ignacia; and his siblings, Tench, Lucy (Manual), Janey (Joel), Art and Mary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
