He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his siblings, Ida Scott, Ramo Chiaretta and Guido Chiaretta; his daughter Lisa; and his great grandchild Aiden M. Murdock.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Chiaretta (Zeke Pontius) of Parachute, CO, Jon Chiaretta (Sharlene) of Ferron, UT, Laurie Murdock (Larry) of Price, UT and Eric Chiaretta of Price, UT; his brother Lewis Chiaretta; and his grandchildren, Dina Wise (Matt), Damon Davis (Lizz), Sara McCarty (Eric), Jake Murdock, Brandon Wilde (Jenifer), Russell Chiaretta, Katrina Kelley (Anthony) and Hope Chiaretta.
