It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil P. Schneider (Paonia, Colorado), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Schneider and Emma K. Schneider (Rediker); his wife Dorthey L. Arrington; his son Paul Schneider; and his siblings, Orville Schneider and Mabel Pruter.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Audin (Ralph) of Paonia and Iris Marutzky (Sam) of Grand Junction. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
