It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose E. Ballard (Paonia, Colorado), who passed away on October 27, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Thresher and Edith Thresher; and her brother Daniel C. Thresher. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Pamela L. Ballard and Daniel H. Ballard (Cynthia) of Klamath Falls, Oregon; and her granddaughters, Lillie of Grand Junction and Danessa of Klamath Falls.
