He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Marie Dumato and Richard Thomas Wiley; his daughter Marie Wiley; and his nephew Jack O'Neil. He is survived by: his son Joseph of St Petersburg; his wife Kathleen Marie Overmyer; his son Ben Wiley of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and his siblings, Robert, John Wiley, Janet Daugherty (Tom) and Lisa Wiley.
