He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Garland and Christina Ruth Foley (Randall); and his brother-in-law Mike Felton. He is survived by: his wife Bonita R. DeVeny; his children, Mark G. Foley (Shelly) and Terry Cadwallader (Bill); his sisters, Christina G. Felton and Eva Glee Morris; and his granddaughters, Katherine and Victoria.
