She was predeceased by: her parents, Jordan Petrak and Irene Petrak; her son Paul Jordan; and her husband Paul David. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Therese, Penelope Lynn, Marcille Marie and Jesus; her sisters, Marlene and Doris; and her daughters, Cindy Yuill (Wes), Penny Tedford (Myron) and Marcy Frazier.
She passed peacefully in her home in Paonia, Colorado after a long battle with Parkinson's disease.
