He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth May (Templeton) and Robert Faye Lewis; and his siblings, Donald Lewis, Wanda Kuretich, Glenna Brezonick, Robert Lewis and Charles Lewis.
He is survived by: his former spouses, Bobbie James and Ellen Milham; his daughters, Kim Lewis of Delta and Kathy Roop (George) of Delta; his sister-in-law Laurene Lewis of Paonia; his nieces and nephews, Mike Brezonick, Gary Brezonick, Linda Drake, Christy Hawk and Kendra Gillelan; and his son Donald Lewis.
