He is survived by: his wife Kay Ellen Riggs (Roark) of Paonia, CO; his children, Eric Riggs (Kimberly) of Centennial, CO and Katherine Delbaugh (Todd) of Paonia, CO; and his grandchildren, Trizton, Tyler and Makayla Delbaugh.
