He is survived by: his wife Norma "Jean" Flotho; his daughters, Tammy McCullough and Robin Bradshaw; his stepson Roger Barbour (Tina); his grandchildren, Bryan Ruddell (Kelly), Ashley McCullough, Justin McCullough and Chad Hendrix; and his great grandchildren, Chris, Luke, Logan, Natalie, Lizzie and Lesley. He is also survived by 4 nephews and 1 niece.
