He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Miller (Miller); his parents, Harry A. Smith and Jemima Smith (Audin); his brother Harry (Bud); his sister-in-law June Smith; his sisters, Lorraine and Yvonne; and his daughter-in-law Kathleen Smith.
He is survived by: his sister Sarah Miller (Sally); his children, Steven Smith, Shelia Briggs (John) and Janelle Comer (Bill); his grandchildren, Mike Vodopich, William Briggs, Nicole Mason (Ryan), Kristen Mansfield (Brandon), Courtney Baker (Brian), Criselle Nading (Jeremy) and Levi Comer; and his great grandchildren, Norah, Graham Mason, Molly-Anne, Gage Mansfield, Ellie, Carter, Wyatt, Amelia Baker, Karsyn Nading, Alice, Emberosia, Bethany and Tristan Comer.
Donations in his memory may be sent to Hope West Hospice as well as the American Diabetes Association.
