He was predeceased by: his parents, George Palmer and Elizabeth Palmer; and his sister Lucille Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Ann Palmer of Paonia; his children, Michele Murphy (David) of Delta, William Palmer (Teri) of Delta, George Palmer of Paonia, Peter Palmer (Melissa) of Paonia, James Palmer of Snowmass Village, Colorado and Pamela Palmer of Snowmass Village, Colorado; and his sister Sarah Jean Jones (Russell) of Richmond, Virginia. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions to be made in Donald's memory to World Win Ministries, 1065 East 7th Street, Delta, Colorado 81416.
