It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Jean Garner (Paonia, Colorado), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Powell and Phyllis Powell (Mlaker); and her daughter Hope. She is survived by: her spouses, John Robert Gear and Roy Terrance Garner; her sister Sherry; her sons, John Robert Gear Jr. (Kim) of Round Rock, TX and Michael Gear (Janell) of Grand Junction, CO; her sister Sharon Brackeen of Paonia, CO; and her children, Braydon, Jason, Justin, Evan and Grant. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, two step children and several step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Paonia Senior Center.
