He is survived by: his wife Soni Spencer; his children, Daniel Spencer of Grand Junction, CO, Ryan Spencer (Sarah) of Hixson, TN and Tonya Rackers (Luke) of Montpelier, VT; his brothers, Jon Spencer (Natalia) of Roseburg, OR and Greg Spencer (Wendy) of Roseburg, OR; and his grandson Hunter Hatch of Grand Junction, CO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
