He is survived by: his wife Charlene Smith of Pagosa Springs, CO; his sons, Kenneth Smith (Amanda) of Boulder, CO and Michael Smith (Erin); his grandson Austin Smith of Montgomery, IL; his sister Janice Larson (Herb); and his brother-in-law Ed Thomas.
