Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Tulley of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, who passed away at the age of 61, on March 25, 2022. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Richard Tulley; his wife Valerie Ann Tulley; his children, Erin Rain (Chris) of Superior, CO and Richard Reid Tulley (Michael) of Fairplay, CO.; and his sisters, Cathy Tulley (Lino) of Aurora, CO, Beth Caldwell (David) of Crawfordsville, IN. and Cynthia Ferguson. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
