He is survived by: his wife Karen Chambers Martinez; his children, Jonathan Martinez (Hope) and Kathleen Mueller (Chris); his grandchildren, Ashley, Bailey, Zachary, Christopher, Patrick and Jonathan; and his close friend Gabriel Hendricks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
