With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Russey of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Loffland and Frances Loffland; and her brother John Denton Loffland. She is survived by: her friends, Joan and Pete; her husband Charles Bennett "Pete" Russey; her siblings, Nancy Loffland Brackett and Gary S. Loffland of Fort Worth; and her daughter Leslie Holleman of Brownwood.
Dear to her heart were the Fort Worth Lecture Foundation, the Junior League of Austin and her sorority, Pi Beta Phi.
