He is survived by: his brother Earl Duha of Eastman Wisconsin; his children, Wayne Duha of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Linda McCullough of Ouray Colorado and Mary Rasmusson II (Leo) of Montrose Colorado; his grandchildren, Jason Duha, Stacy Cotechis (Manny), Justin Duha (Heather), Alyssa Aiksons (Matt), Daniel McCullough (Amanda), Nicholas McCullough (Lauren) and Matthew McCullough (Mary Emily); and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Brianna, Tryston, Gage, Cameron, Lilly, Aven, Bradon, Victor, Kiley, Grace and James.
