It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lorene (Fournier) Talbert of Ouray, Colorado, who passed away on February 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Fournier and Gladys Fournier (Rudd); her former husband Daren Galloway; her children, Terry Galloway and Karen Fay (Galloway); and her husband Howard Talbert. She was also cherished by her two children, six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
