He was predeceased by: his parents, Okal Churchill and Birdine Churchill; his wife Toots Churchill; his sisters, Darlene Marr and Dorothy; his brother-in-law Charles Kuntz; his son Jim Churchill; and his great grandchild Jeremy Neuschwanger.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Clayton and Emma Prescott (Selmer); his daughter-in-law Josie Churchill; his brother-in-law Harold Marr; and his grandchildren, Steven Prescott (James), Shane Prescott, Peggy Prescott, Karen Neuschwanger (Mike), Tony Churchill, Amanda, Greg Churchill (Marsha), Bryon Churchill, Wendi and Mike Nash. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
