He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Louis Dilka and Minnie Lena Dilka (Dixon); his former wife Colleen; his children, Steve and Peggy Dilka; his great grandchild Cadence Shaffer; his siblings, Cleo (Millie Dilka), Eva (Fritz Korf), Lela (Lloyd Korf), Frank (Helen Dilka), Vernadeane (Oliver Allen) and Rita; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Rand (Albert) and Delbert Morris.

He is survived by: his spouse Collen Mae Morris; his father-in-law Ore Morris; his daughter Donna Shaffer of Yuma Co; his grandchildren, Kim Harman (William) of Akron, Nickolas Shaffer (Brenna) of Yuma, Nichole Shaffer of Baltimore Maryland, Stephanie Wise of Sterling, Chelsea Hoatson (Tyrel) of Hyannis, NE and Lana Dilka of Gothernburg, NE.; his great grandchildren, Lacie, Wyatt, Ryder, Landen, Dawson, Siena, Skarlett, Ace, Tylynn, Bodey, Serenity and Tynle; and his daughter Leona Francone.
