He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Churchill; his stepfather Mike Melchior; and his brother Tony Churchill. He is survived by: his wife Wendi; his children, Faythe (Braydin), Skyler (Jessica), Cayden, Little Bryan, Malikye, Kaysen, Rozilynne and Jaxtyn; his mother Karla Melchior; and his siblings, Gregory Churchill (Marsha) and Karen Neuschwanger (Mike).
