He is survived by: his father Leroy Wauson of La Junta; his wife Tamela "Tammy" Watkins; his children, Laurabelle Watkins of Pueblo, Anna Schwindt (Travis) of Rocky Ford, Katie York (Jordan) of Olney Springs and Justin Wauson of La Junta; his siblings, Roy Wauson of La Junta and Patsy Wauson of La Junta; his grandchildren, Shelby Watkins of Las Animas, Ramona Garcia of La Junta, Laura Garcia of La Junta, Tristen Reeves of Rocky Ford, Cian, Joe Johnson of Rocky Ford and Jacycee York of Olney Springs; his niece Kristi Wauson; and his nephews, Robert Penrod and Jason Wauson.
