He was predeceased by: his parent Lupe Lovato; his grandparents, Sarah and Alex Lovato; and his brothers, Alfonso Maynes and Kelly Maynes.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Sanko; his children, Nicole Lovato of Fort Collins and Nathan Lovato (Kim) of Ridgeland, MS; his aunt Stella Magdaleno; and his siblings, Sandy Morgan, Barbara Lopez, Mary Ann Sandoval, David Maynes, Joseph Maynes, Dennis Maynes and Victor Maynes.
