He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Armstrong and Mary Katherine Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Aaron Armstrong (Angela) of La Junta, CO and Amber Fowler (Tom) of Aurora, CO; his grandchildren, Emma, Grace, Norah and Holden; and his siblings, Robert Armstrong (Rita) of Ordway, CO and Audrey Varner (Bill) of La Junta, CO.. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family, aunts, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home (123 Main St, La Junta, CO 81050). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valley Community Church (27435 Co Rd 22, Rocky Ford, CO 81067). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (402 Potter Dr, La Junta, CO 81050).
