He is survived by : his wife Joyce Anne Mullins of Olathe; and his children, Pamela of Montrose, Noah (Mary Jane) of Grand Junction, David (Deborahday) of Smithville, Cheyenne of Olathe and LeeAnne of Montrose. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
