He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lewis and Lorraine Lewis; and his sisters, Darlene and Deniece. He is survived by: his children, Kelvin, Darlene, Deniece, Melissa and Lynell; his significant other Beverly Rae Carrico; and his children, Renee, Mendy and Aaron. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
